Sales Policy

A few things to keep in mind...

  • Each Gypsy Moon Hat Design is hand created by me. It is a One-Of-A-Kind, hand burned, branded, painted and/or embellished hat made especially for you.

  • I also repurpose vintage, pre-worn hats.  They are upcycled with lots of love and specialty designs to match the vintage hat.  Sometimes, there is no sizing information in the hat but will do my best to give as much information as possible.  Please ask questions before purchasing.  Vintage hats are unique and I try my best to keep them vintage but add my own flare.

  • Sizes vary between different brands and just because you wear a certain size in one you may not be the same for another brand. Before a custom order is placed measurement of the head is necessary. To measure, you will place a soft tape measure just above the ears. Please measure in inches, this will help determine the hat size.

  • Gypsy Moon Designs by Carla is not responsible if you order the incorrect hat size.

  • There are no refunds on these custom-designed hats.  If you’re unsure of something please email or call me at wildgypsycowgirl@gmail.com or 830-613-5739.

  • Shipping is an additional charge and is quoted during website checkout.

​

  • Gypsy Moon Designs by Carla is not liable for loss or damages once the hat has been delivered.

​

  • Gypsy Moon Designs by Carla is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through the shipping carrier.

  • Delivery options are available and will be an additional charge based on location. (FREE Delivery will only be provided in Marble Falls and surrounding areas in Burnet County.)

  • Gypsy Moon Designs by Carla has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • When inquiring about a custom hat you agree to terms and conditions as a binding contract for artwork.
